Survived by husband, Eugene Cook; children, Roy Cook, Tony (Julie) Cook, Danny (Linda) Cook, Larry Cook; grandchildren, Adam, Ian, Taylor, Kasey, and Lewis; great granddaughter, Taryn; brother, Mort (Joan) Tunender; sister, Patty Christensen; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
